A.K. DEB & CO., Chartered Accountants is a Chartered Accountancy firm practicing since 1986. The firm was established by founder late Mr. Anjan Kumar Deb FCA on 05 October 1986, a visionary chartered accountant in the realm of chartered accountancy.

Mr. Pobitro Kumar FCA, ACMA is a seasoned professional and visionary leader of A.K. DEB & CO., Chartered Accountants, one of the most renowned chartered accountancy firms in Bangladesh. With robust academic excellence, extensive industry experience, and expertise in direct and indirect taxation, Mr. Kumar plays a significant role in leading A.K. DEB & CO. towards excellence in finance, accounting, taxation and corporate affairs services.

Mr. Kumar holds a BBA and MBA (specialization in Accounting & Information Systems) from the University of Dhaka. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAB, an NBR enlisted VAT Consultant, and an Associate Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA) from ICMAB. He brings deep expertise in finance planning, controllership, budgetary control, project management, direct and indirect taxation, strategic tax planning, and compliance.
